Admission Process

Round - 1: SOD - DAT (Design Aptitude Test)

SOD - DAT is a common entrance exam for admissions in Bachelor of Design (B.Des) programs at Dr. D Y Patil School of Design, Tathawade, Pune. It is conducted in online mode. Based on scores obtained from DAT, shortlisted candidates will be called for second round.

Round - 2: Studio Test and Personal Interview / Portfolio Submission

Studio Test and Personal Interview is conducted at Dr. D Y Patil School of Design, Tathawade, Pune. The second phase of the admission procedure will consist of studio tests followed by personal interviews or portfolio submission in the campus.
The result of shortlisted candidates for the second round will be announced on SOD website.

How to Apply

Step 1: Register for SOD-DAT ( Design Aptitude Exam ) Exam through website – dypatilschoolofdesign.com

Step 2: An automated verification link will be sent to your registered email ID. Activate your account by clicking the link.

Step 3: Provide the required details in the application form.

Step 4: Upload the documents, accept the declaration and submit the online application form.

Step 5: Proceed to payment option and Pay Rs. 1000/- Online through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/UPI mode.

Note :

Applications are invited through online mode only.

DAT Registration Fees ( Rs. 1000/- ) is the Non-Refundable Amount

Eligibilty

10+2 from any stream with a minimum of 45% of marks.
(HSC, CBSE, ICSE, IB).
